Personalized Magnets

What better way to show off your photos (or recipes, artwork and Christmas wish-lists) than to stick ‘em up on your fridge with cute little personalized magnets? Not only do they announce to visitors who the kindergarten artist is – but they also point out who’s who in each group photo. My mom loves these little guys because they don’t hog the whole photo or accidentally cover up dad’s head like a flimsy pizza delivery magnet does.

They also make such thoughtful gifts because they can be personalized! Do you have a Mimi, Memaw, Gigi or GocGoc instead of a Grandma or Grandmother? Tell me so. I’ll get it right and it will be that much more special to the recipient when they open your thoughtful gift. They also make awesome stocking stuffers and hostess gifts for holiday parties and can be used as a special “thank you” gift for that one person who always goes out of the way for you. Here is a short list of a few ideas that have been done in the past. Get creative!

Paci Clippy

I didn’t even know these existed until I had my own child and now I don’t know what I’d do without it. :) I can make them in any color you like – just tell me what you’re thinking. I only charge $4 for one or you can order 3 for $10. I keep one in my diaper bag, one in my stroller and one in the car. These are also great for hooking toys and teething rings to a bouncy seat, high chair or grocery cart cover so they don’t hit the floor.

Paci Clippies ship promptly via USPS Priority Mail for an additional $2.50. I accept checks and cash (in person only), pay pal and debit/credit cards. Simply email me at angeldroppings[!at]gmail.com to place your order.

Canopy Cover for Car Seat

I don’t really understand why infant car seats even have a “moon roof”. Not only does the bright Texas sun beat down right onto my little boy’s face through that vinyl window, but the bright fluorescent lights in stores creeps through too. And it’s not like I actually look through that window to see my boy. I’ll either move the canopy or peek in under/over/around it. The window is good for nothing in my opinion. So, I figured I’d make a removable Velcro cover to block out the light. I used black canvas fabric and a light green gingham bias tape so it would sort of coordinate/blend in with my car seat too.

Does anyone else have this problem or do you like your moon roof??
